What is a DDJAY plot?
Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana is Haryana's affordable plotted-colony policy. Colonies are licensed by DTCP, and each plot gets its own registry.
What plot sizes are available?
Plot sizes range from 104 to 179 sq yd. For the exact size of each plot, ask us for the approved layout plan on WhatsApp.
Can I get a home loan?
Ask us on WhatsApp which banks are lending on DRMS plots at the moment and what papers they need. Loan approval depends on the bank and on your own eligibility. Buyers may be eligible for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), including interest subsidy, subject to scheme rules and bank approval.
When will I get possession?
The possession timeline will be stated in your allotment documents. Before you book, ask us for the current development schedule on WhatsApp and check that your papers match it.
How many floors can I build?
As per DDJAY norms, you can build stilt + 4 floors, with FAR up to 2.64, up to 66% ground coverage and a building height up to 15 m. Floor-wise registration is permitted. The final position is as per your approved building plan, so confirm it with your architect before you plan your house.
How do I book a site visit?

Can NRIs buy a plot at DRMS?
