Can NRIs buy a plot at DRMS Dharamansa?
Who can buy, and how payments are made, comes under FEMA and depends on your residential status. Please confirm your own case with a chartered accountant or lawyer before booking. We can send the project documents on WhatsApp for them to review.
When will I get possession?
The possession timeline will be stated in your allotment documents. Before you book, ask us for the current development schedule on WhatsApp and check that your papers match it.
Can I see the site without travelling?
Yes. We run live video-call site tours on request and send site videos, the layout and documents on WhatsApp. Tell us your time zone and we will find a time that works.
Can I get a home loan?
Ask us on WhatsApp which banks are lending on DRMS plots at the moment. Loan approval depends on the bank and on your own eligibility. Buyers may be eligible for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), including interest subsidy, subject to scheme rules and bank approval.
