This policy applies to the JSSR Group website and the DRMS Dharamansa pages (together, "the website"), operated by JSSR Group and M/s Dharamansa Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., Main Delhi Chowk, Delhi Road, Kharkhoda, Sonipat, Haryana 131402 ("we", "us"). We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
1. What we collect
When you fill in a form, call us or message us on WhatsApp we may collect:
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- Your preferred site-visit date and time, plot size, budget or other preferences you choose to share.
- The form you used and the page you were on (for example "site visit" or "investor kit").
- Campaign details in the web address, such as UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), that tell us which advertisement or link brought you to the website.
- Basic technical data, such as your browser type and IP address, that our hosting provider may record to run and protect the website.
We do not ask for bank details, ID numbers or passwords through the website.
2. Why we use it
- To call you or message you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, site visit or booking.
- To send you the brochure, documents or other information you asked for.
- To understand which pages and advertisements work, so we can improve them.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
3. WhatsApp and calls: your consent
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. Ticking the WhatsApp option on a form opens WhatsApp with your details so you can send them to us yourself.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP on WhatsApp, tell the caller, or email info@jssrg.com. We will stop marketing messages within 7 days.
4. Who we share it with
- Wix.com (Wix Contacts and Wix CMS), which hosts the website and stores enquiries for us.
- Our sales team and authorised channel partners, only to follow up your enquiry.
- Government or regulatory authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
6. Cookies and analytics
At present the website does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking. Our hosting provider may set cookies that the website needs to work and stay secure.
If we add an analytics or advertising tool, we will update this policy first and list each tool here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you (access).
- Correct or update it (correction).
- Delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it (deletion).
- Stop using it for marketing (withdraw consent).

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No website or online service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through website forms.
